For the past two weeks I have had a fair few services where the Wifi just hasn't been working (as in it's not even present despite the stickers).
Is there a reason for this?
Hi, we are currently upgrading the onboard Wi-Fi on our class 444 and 450 trains, during this time some trains may enter service without Wi-Fi. The project is expected to last until mid-April. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
