Appalling service

Absolute shambles today. The 8.54 from Fleet was cancelled, then the 9.10 was 20 minutes late and terminated at Surbiton! I understand this was caused by electrical problems at Winchester but it would appear that lack of maintenance on SWR's behalf has caused yet another morning of chaos for passengers who are paying a LOT of money to use the railway. Moreover, I've just tried to put in a Delay Repay claim for today and your system is telling me I can't claim for a date in the future.
