As requested, I've emailed email@example.com to request a refund of my Season Ticket. How long should I wait for an acknowledgement of my request? Is there someone I can talk to about arranging a refund, because both the ticket office and Customer Services could not help me?

I have the same problem, I called 0345 6000 650 but they told me to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org ... which doesn't reply.
The only thing the ticket office in my train station do is redirecting me to "Customer Services". How can I get a refund on a unused annual season ticket?
