Has anyone else had problems with their annual season ticket complimentary gold card not arriving? I’ve requested it six times and it’s been months since I bought my season ticket, but every time customer services say it has been sent out it doesn’t arrive. My other post arrives no problem so wonder if there’s some kind of issue at their end.
Hi, if you mean the free weekend passes, SWR are not providing them any more. However, if you have any left, they are still valid. This has been verified by SWR somewhere on this forum but many of the guards haven't been informed of this and think they are now invalid.
Did you purchase this on a Smart Card?
Thanks but no it’s the gold card that’s like a type of rail card giving you 1/3 off travel
Initially it was a standard season ticket but then I had it transferred onto a smart card within a week or so.
If you ask at a Ticket office they can provide this for you, you just need to show your smart card.
