Why will the new system not process my payment - totally frustrated
Had to re- register and now all complete I cannot actually buy a, do you ever do any testing or User experience on new systems? or do you just let the customer try and fail

Yes I got to the very end and it said not processed. I tried on google and chrome. I went and saved the details in wallet. But to no avail.
it is an Amex card if that helps also called the helpline and nice lady but she said it’s a new system and I’m not sure how it works ....
