Why have I not even had a response to a refund request I sent via the relevant online form on 28th March?
I put my refund request in on 18th March and have heard nothing
cannot even call them the lines are shut down
I am sorry to hear that you are still waiting for your refund, our teams are working hard to process refunds as quickly as possible, but due to high volumes this is taking longer than usual. As soon as your claim has been processed, you will be contacted.
I have tried over a dozen times on the SWR website to lodge my season ticket refunds due to COVID19. Every time I try and submit I get a Google Captcha error which means I cannot submit. I have flagged this as an issue and had no response. Is this an easy way for SWR to avoid paying refunds? Can anyone advise who may have experienced a similar problem?
Hi, please try refreshing the page using the shift & F5 key and then resubmitting, if this does not work you can email the details requested in the form to: email@example.com
As mentioned here before by others I am still awaiting a refund for my annual ticket which was put in on the 1st April. My colleague uses Thameslink and put his in on the 22nd April and was paid out on the 24th. I also had an issue on the 12th March that I sent an email about. The email replay said that I would hear something in 10 days...……. you guessed it I am still waiting
