Hi , My journey into work took over four hours and I will be losing half a day's work being an contractor . I know I am entitiled to an refund which will be around 11 pounds as I am a season ticket holder. Who will compensate me for the loss of work . We were not even given water on train or even after we got down. This is the second time its hapenning, do you guys intend to do anything about this . How long should we be suffering like this?
Same for me. Plus my Delay Reply refund has been rejected, when it must be very obvious to SWR that anyone on the 08:26 from Surbiton is entitled to a refund.
