How long does it take for e-tickets to show up in the app?

Hi,

I'm not a regular user of South Western services, but while booking tickets for a journey next week thought that sending them to my phone rather than printing seemed a good idea...

So I downloaded the app and logged into it, before purchasing the tickets on my desktop and selecting to have them sent as e-tickets to the "New Device" that shows as registered. 3 days later, they're not in "my tickets" and the booking status shows as "in progress".

  • I've tried logging out of the app and in again, to no effect.

Is this normal?
