The departure boards at Waterloo continue to proclaim xx.22 & xx.52 services are going to Addlestone.
And yet when the platform is reached the departure indicator on the train says Weybridge - whilst the passenger information system within the train also says Weybridge.
For customers unused to this anomoly, the confusion can mean they don't board what is perceived as a wrong train. Consistency please.
I appreciate that there are faster services to Weybridge from Waterloo so why not call the route via Hounslow a 'Stoppng Service'.
