The WiFi works perfectly on my iPhone and the login portal comes up asking me to login which is fine however when I connect to the SWR WiFi on my MacBook, no login page comes up and I cant even navigate to the login page on safari or chrome. I’ve reset the network settings, forgotten the SWR WiFi and restarted the MacBook. No luck. How do I get my MacBook to connect to your WiFi?
Unfortunatley it's less to do with SWR and more to do with Apple's shambolic approach to Wifi. Best workaround is to make a note of the website address for the authentication screen on a device which shows it. Then open Safari on your macbook and type the address in once you have clicked to connect to SWR. you need to have the wifi bars showing before it will navigate to the login page.
I have already said that I cannot navigate to the login page on my Macbook when connected to the SWR wifi. It just doesn't load, I've tried multiple browsers as well.
Hi Joseph, I'm sorry to hear that. I would suggest contacting our SWR WiFi team on 0208 028 0359 for assistance on this. They are open Monday - Sunday 05:00 to 01:00.
