Could SWR put signs up to request that people don't hog seats by putting their bags and clothes on them during busy commuter services? I find that people are often quite rude when I ask if I can sit down.
This is a really good idea. Also, perhaps a reminder about litter and eating a full on bacon and egg burger with extra onions on the 1741 to Basingstoke. SWR could start a 'train citizen'poster campaign. I know there were a lot of issues with the deep clean but a few passengers really do not help this situation.
I think there could perhaps be a 'train etiquette' signs:
Anyone think of anything else that annoys them on trains? I particularly dislike having to ask someone in the aisle seat if I can sit in the window seat. They eventually stand up (after folding up table, picking up laptop, coffee, paper etc.) to allow me to sit in the window seat, then the same palaver has to happen all over again because I'm getting off a stop before them!
Hi, we hope that our customers respect each other enough to not do this, also I imagine signs would do little to help the situation.
