Despite advsing staff at SWR Staines, they advise nothing can be done.

Interestingly they appear to disappear after a couple of hours.

These strikes are affectly jobs, what is SWR going to do about compensation for possible job losses for you passengers due to the incompetence of SWR and the RMT to get round the table and sort this out once and for all.

What is peoples thoughts on this?

  • Well, the banners etc are not the responsibility of SWR. The owner of the fence could have them prosecuted, but that is between the owner of the fence and the person who put the banner up.

I actually think SWR are in quite a difficult position and RMT are taking the michael. I wouldn't be surprised if there is a great lack of sympathy for the Union on this one.
