Why do I have to pay the bus fare on top of my train season ticket when you cancel all trains from my station and fail to put on any replacement transport?

Every time there’s a strike the bus drivers on routes like 216 and 111 refuse to accept season ticket and make you pay. You say on your website that they accept tickets but they never do  

Why don’t you communicate with TfL before the strikes and what compensation will you pay for this extra cost?

And why don’t you put on replacement buses?!

  • I am sorry to hear this Jock. I can see that we had ticket in place on these routes, which is why we did not charter buses to operate between these stations.

    May I ask if your season a paper ticket or loaded on a smartcard?
