I saw a notice on a screen at Vauxhall last night announcing a 'Meet the Manager' event at Waterloo next Tuesday. No times and no notice at Waterloo. Is this actually taking place and how is it being publicised ?
Hello there, the Meet the Manager will be happening at London Waterloo between 1600 and 1900 on Wednesday the 18th of October. Some of the notices went out with erroneous information on them. Sorry for any confusion.
Hello, would it be possible for me to meet the manager now while I'm standing in the freezing cold on waterloo station at rush hour with no trains and no announcements or information of any kind?
Hi Bennie, I am sorry for the disruption to your journey today due to several incidents including a lineside fire. If you ever find yourself at a station and you're not sure what the latest information is please check out our website which is updated directly from our control room. You can also use our journey check page which lists every train that is being altered or cancelled.
There had been no meet the manager since Oct 2027 and the next one at waterloo isn’t until Sep 2018. Do you consider this to be acceptable customer engagement? Lots of throngs to complain about that the CS email people have ignored, including the disastrous, uncomfortable positioning of the new at seat power points.
Previously 'Meet the Manager' events were mainly organised at Waterloo. We try to engage our customers across the network and this year we have scheduled 'Meet the Manager' events at various major stations, reducing the frequency at Waterloo.
I shall pass on your comments to relevant team for their attention.
