Why don't you pin the tweet on the getting consultation feedback on this quite important topic? The tweet gets lost amongst the daily operational tweets and most probably just think it is another spam marketing campaign.
This is the first major timetable change in over 13yrs and all of your customers will be affected. The fact that no-one has mentioned it here speaks volumes.
The consultation period started on 29th September 2017. It finishes on 22nd December 2017. Feedback via email to email@example.com

Hi, this suggestion has been raised to the relevant team for consideration and I can confirm that we have received a number of responses to firstname.lastname@example.org
Thanks Matt. I've already mentioned to your social media team earlier this week.
Thanks for posting these. Sent a couple of mails with some possible improvements. At last things seem to be starting to return to where they were and Rail in this area was usable through choice.
I have just emailed off a few comments. Do we get acknowledgement to our emails? My first attempt bounced back undelivered, the second seems to have gone OK.
I think Fiona TS has missed that the Basingstoke stopper trains change column on the spreadsheet, at Woking due to the arrows showing as "e" or "f".
Perhaps the font used could be changed to a more common one instead of a railway specific font or include the font with the document.
I notice that Winchfield and Hook loose frequency in the Morning peak and throughout the day the Basingstoke stoppers will no longer call at Clapham Junction.
I have made a spread sheet for the morning up direction peak showing current timetable interleaved with proposed timetable but I can not see how to attach it so that Fiona TS can see it. I have sorted the Basingstoke stoppers into a single column at Woking. There are two trains that I have picked out that have no calls? There are other throughout the day. I have compared pairs of trains start, arrival difference and overall time difference. Most of the Gains seem to come from missing Hook, Winchfield and Clapham Junction.
