I have just tried to report graffiti on the fault page but this appears to be 'faulty'. Can it be fixed ?

Graffiti on the ticket machine at Isleworth (the other one has been 'out of service' for months and despite having been reported weeks ago nothing has been done). There is also graffiti at the back of the taxi office building at Chiswick and a massive amount on the brickwork along the station path at Barnes. I am surprised that all these issues are not faulted by SWR staff. Perhaps they are but things just don't get actioned. SWT were more responsive on these issues.
Personally I am not aware of the graffiti issues, not to say they haven't already been reported, and I will get them reported to our stations team for action. I am aware of the ticket machine issue at Isleworth, and I believe our team are currently working on correcting the fault. Thank you for bringing this to my attention!
Yet again I am having a frustrating time filling in your on-line fault report. Why does it want to know how I got to the station and it won't let me send it. Trying to report graffiti at Isleworth on the staircase and in the subway
