Why don't SWR clear the drains at Oxshott Station to avoid the Flooding seen on 12/11/18 with it being impossible to access the ticket machines ? The answer is because the Station Master based at Surbiton is not bothered

No action taken by SWT to clear drains - as a consequence flooding occurs at the Station - this meant on 12/11/18 passengers could not access the Ticket machines and hence the loss of potential revenue - the Oxshott Customer Service Rep said that the matter had been reported previously to Surbiton but no action was resulting - the guttering at the Station is also full of leaves and hence overflow - SWT should look at the Revenue income from the Oxshott Car Park and start recognising customers are consumers
