The "See it, say it, sorted" announcements on your trains appear to be incorrect; they sound like "See it, say it, sort it", which implies that people are expected to "sort it" themselves which I don't think is the idea of the campaign.
Can we see it say it and stop it altogether its driving longer distance commuters mad 5 times each way morning and evening is frying the nerves!!!
+1. We get the message. There is no need to repeat it so much.
In respect of frequency, this is something we can adjust (with DfT approval and as long as it stays within their minimum announcement stipulations). In fact we are in the process of making adjustments on board our trains following recent Forum engagement and customer suggestions, which we subsequently discussed with the DfT.
