The "See it, say it, sorted" announcements on your trains appear to be incorrect; they sound like "See it, say it, sort it", which implies that people are expected to "sort it" themselves which I don't think is the idea of the campaign.
Still goes on and drives us all insane....never apologise for the train being late overcrowded etc but always its see it say it....etc.
Hi Tim, the 'See it, Say it, Sorted' campaign is a nationwide campaign to encourage railway passengers to report anything unusual, in association with the Department of Transport and the British Transport Police. We have met with the DfT and have passed on customer feedback. We have also offered to participate in any review of the current security announcement approach that they might consider.
