Painful delay repay process exacerbated by poor wifi

As the delay repay process seems to be an increasingly regular activity for me, I’d agree with fellow commuters that it’s painful to have to continuously upload my season ticket...especially as your onboard Wi-fi invariably falls over at this point. 

  • Hi Damo, I'm sorry for the problems with completing the Delay Repay form (and the continued need to use it). We are looking at improvements that can be made to the system, including the ability to save your ticket information and automatic Delay Repay for Smartcards. We are also going to be replacing the WiFi on board our units to offer faster and more reliable connections.
