In the Delay Repay system, why can’t I upload my ticket and card details once so they can be stored? I am an annual season ticket holder, so the details won’t change, but I need to constantly re-type the same information with every claim.
i claim at least once a week for delays at the moment and most people I travel with use a season ticket to do so.

Thanks for the reply and link, but you’re pointing me to another person that’s asked a similar question four months ago and nothing has been done to fix the problem?
surely this is a really basic fix?
I asked the question, i sent you the link to make you aware that they are "working on it" but they have not given a timescale.
Ahh, sorry. Hopefully we’ll get an answer soon. Seems like a pretty obvious fix to me.
We have plans to automate Delay Repay for our season ticket holders through smart card season tickets, which is expected to be available from early next year.
The current delay repay account allows the customer to store the contact details and the refund option.
I have passed on your comments to the relevant team so they are aware of your suggestion.
