I am an annual gold card holder travelling from FNB to WAT. Based on the ongoing service issues with SWR, I try to avoid trains on days when the service is impacted and just work from home. How do I claim for these days ??, Surely you don't want the customers to go through the pain of sitting in a train for hours to get our money back

As per the terms and conditions of season tickets, we do not offer a refund for the days you did not travel.
