Compensation Delay Repay.
I am a gold card holder and I understand unlike the previous operator I now need to claim through "Delay Repay" how can I get a schedule of delays on my train for the last 60 days Farnborough main - London Waterloo 7am train.
SWR definitely won't help you provide that!
Try www.raildar.co.uk and there's a section on History. You will need to register for the site though...
Thank you, I have tried to register tonight but it does not seem to be working.
This site doesn't require registration and will tell you the exact time that any train has arrived and how late it is. http://www.recenttraintimes.co.uk/
Enter the stations for your route, select 'Departure', and 'Average and Actual times'.
If you're doing a longer search under 'Advanced Options', you also have to select the maximum number of columns to be displayed -- otherwise this defaults to give you only 5 columns, which is less than a week's worth of data.
Claims for Delay Repay should be made soon after they occur, using the train information provided in the system. If you want to view several days worth of trains historically, as other users have suggested, Raildar is indeed quite helpful.
Please note that Delay Repay claims need to be made within 28 days of the delay. See here for further information.
