What compensation is there for overcrowded trains?
There are 2 peak hour trains cancelled this morning (7:57, 8:08 - 19/02/2017) leaving hundreds of commuters on Surbiton station scrambling to find the next train. Of course you publish the next train is within 30 minutes so from what I can tell this is no offer of compensation, despite the trains will already be full.
Similar thing happened last week on several occasions, meaning trains were dangerously overcrowded, as well as the platforms.
Hi, I am sorry for any discomfort you experienced whilst travelling with us and for the cancellation of services. I can confirm there is no compensation in place for busy trains, if your journey was delayed by 15 minutes or more you are able to claim compensation.

Just returned here after reading the reply from user "Woking". I've had a brilliant idea for SWT. Why not reduce the number of carriages to 2? That way you'll have a steady stream of money units patiently waiting on all the platforms all day long ready to cram onto the rolling stock experience. You would save an absolute fortune by not having to buy, maintain and run those extra 10 or so carriages on each train.
You'll be doing the country a great service by "streamlining the ebb and flow of money units" (you can quote that in your "passenger streamlining campaign" for free). You see, you'd actually stop the problem of having a rush hour where everyone needs to get to work in London at around the same time, but still get them to pay for it as they've have to wait for a train with space on it on the platforms, and get this - throughout the whole day!. The genius part is they've already paid and you don't have to automatically refund payments because the carriages are full.
