Please simplify Delay Repay

Due to the wide spread problems caused by trees on the track and circuit failures at Clapham Junction, I had to submit 3 claims for this morning. I had to follow the same tedious procedure of inputting name, address, phone, train times, ticket type, upload of ticket etc. each time. This really shouldn't be necessary.

You already have my personal details as I've had to submit numerous claims since you took over from SWT. I have received a tiny amount of compensation for some but others from December have still not been dealt with.

This system needs to be radically improved.
